Altarum To Present at 2020 AMSUS Annual Meeting

Are you attending the 2020 virtual AMSUS Annual Meeting in December? Join us as Altarum's Chantell Frazier presents "Health Care Utilization Among MHS Patients: Differences between High and Low Utilizers of Care". Chantell will discuss a study in which we used data from the Health Care Survey of DoD Beneficiaries (HCSDB) to investigate how high utilizers of healthcare differ from the rest of the TRICARE population in terms of health status, health conditions and comorbidities, health behaviors, and patient experience.

The goals of this presentation are to:

• Identify trends in healthcare utilization among MHS beneficiaries
• Discuss variations in access and quality of healthcare between high utilizers of care and those who are low utilizers of care
• Describe trends in healthcare cost by beneficiary group and health care utilization
