UPDATE: If you missed this webinar, watch a recording of it here.
Altarum along with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) are happy to announce the new Innovations in Newborn Screening Interoperability (INBSI) Resource Center and Learning Collaborative. State newborn screening programs are invited to participate in this new initiative.
This project will focus on supporting integration with healthcare providers for NBS programs (dried blood spot screening (DBS), pulse oximetry screening for critical congenital heart disease (CCHD), and early hearing detection and intervention (EHDI) screening) but may also include other areas of interoperability of interest to a state (e.g. Vital Records integration, etc). The program is open to all newborn screening programs in all states and territories, regardless of current levels of interoperability knowledge and experience.
Interested state public health officials are invited to join us on Tuesday, January 26 at 3pm ET for a webinar to introduce the INBSI as well as answer any questions that potential participants may have. Click here to register for the webinar. Once on this page, click on January 26, select the webinar, and enter your contact information to confirm your attendance. A recording of the webinar will also be made available. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at nbsinterop@altarum.org.
