The National Coalition of Sexual Health, a coalition led by Altarum with over 200 members working together to improve the sexual health of Americans nationwide, will present at the 2022 Preventive Medicine conference hosted by the American College of Preventive Medicine. The Coalition team will present “Practice Makes Perfect: Integrating Comprehensive Sexual Histories into Routine Care,” to highlight how to take a comprehensive sexual history by including questions about sexual problems, pleasure, sexual orientation, and gender identity. For more than six decades, the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM) has informed, supported, and educated medical professionals from across the globe about the vital importance of preventive medicine to build healthy, resilient communities. In addition to continuing medical education programs, they also offer engaging and dynamic events covering critical areas in the practice of disease prevention, health promotion, and preventive medicine.
